Project Description: Once home to the Borden Dairy facility, The Creamery has been transformed from its 1938 roots into a modern mixed-use destination. Completed in 2023, this 2.5-acre historic site
now offers 40,000 square feet of Class A office space and 15,000 square feet of boutique retail. Located just down the street from the Pearl District and overlooking the San Antonio River, The Creamery blends its rich history with contemporary design, making it a standout
